Mia Ramsey, DPT
Mia has been a Physical Therapist since 2002. She was in the first graduating class with a Doctorate from Northern Arizona University. Over the years, Mia has worked in a variety of physical therapy settings with her focus on treating orthopedic conditions. She has a certification in musculoskeletal management of the pelvic girdle, though she truly loves variety and enjoys treating any condition from head to toe.
Mia also has an advanced certification in dry needling. Since incorporating dry needling into her practice in 2011, she has witnessed a significant growth in the research supporting the technique and has been honored to be a part of the advancement of the applications of dry needling. Mia has had the pleasure of teaching this specialized tool to other clinicians since 2013. In addition to clinical care, she currently, co-owns and operates a dry needling education company.
